1. Usage.

The Qeedo Light Birch 3 is sure to make the heart of any trekking enthusiast beat faster. With this generously sized yet lightweight 3 men’s trekking tent, Qeedo is once again breaking new ground. Packed with a wealth of features, this spacious lightweight tent offers unbeatable value for money.

A flexible and quickly assembled trekking tent is extremely helpful for many outdoor activities. Whether it’s your next trekking vacation, a bike trip, or a canoeing tour, the lightweight yet spacious Light Birch 3 ensures you are prepared for any situation and always on the safe side. 

Despite its light weight, the interior is very luxurious and features a Beam width by 1,50 m More than sufficient for 2 to 3 people. Interior-closing exterior vents, 2 interior pockets, plus an additional roof canopy, as well as the 2 opposing, wide-opening entrances, ensure maximum comfort. 

Qeedo was very generous with the features and equipment of this 3 men’s trekking tent. In addition to the high-quality aluminum frame, a PU-coated outer material with an 3000 mm water column rating, and the robust guy ropes with tensioners, the Light Birch 3 also offers many other features. But above all, the versatility of the pitching methods is a real highlight.

The multifunctional modular system.:

Thanks to its special design and additional fastening options, it offers a wide range of possibilities for assembly and use. Depending on the situation and weather conditions, the most suitable assembly method can be chosen:

• Outer tent. with an optional groundsheet. (not included in the scope of delivery) 
  
  
• Only. Inner tent. alone
• Inner tent with an optional groundsheet. (not included in the scope of delivery) 
  
  
• Inner tent with outer tent. 
• Inner tent with outer tent and optional groundsheet. (not included in the scope of delivery) 

2. Assembly / Disassembly

• Assembly time: approximately 2 minutes.
• In total. 5 offers various configuration options.
• High-strength guy ropes with 3-type turnbuckles are already in place.
• A spacious pack with additional compression straps makes packing easy and ensures a minimal packed size.
• Additional, wide rubber bands make it easier to store and provide flexible packaging options.
• Guyline tensioners can be operated with one hand and ensure that the tent is securely fastened even under extreme conditions.
• Red. Y-shaped aluminum tent pegs. They are not only stable and lightweight, but also highly visible (weight per piece / only 15 g).

3. Ventilation.

• 2: side ventilation openings (can be closed from the inside in bad weather)
• 2 Opposing, widely opening entrances equipped with insect screens ensure rapid and effective ventilation.
• The inner tent, made entirely of mesh fabric, ensures additional air circulation.
• Air circulation between the inner and outer tent.

4. Inputs

• 2 Opposite entrances can be opened partially or completely, and can also serve as additional shelter and storage space.
• Entrance doors with reflective, covered zippers, including Velcro strips (for weather protection).
• Durable zippers with long-lasting Qeedo zipper pulls.

5. Sleeping cabins.

• 1 sleeping cabin for 2-3 people (located across from the entrance).
• 2 features conveniently positioned organizer pockets for snacks, electronics, valuables, etc.
• The large roof overhang is attached to the roof structure using 4 hooks.
• Entrance doors made of mesh fabric can be opened wide and stored in the attached mesh pockets.
• Breathable polyester fabric.

7. Security.

• Tested rain performance.
• Guy wires are attached at the optimal points to ensure maximum stability and tension.
• High-quality and durable red-lacquered aluminum frame.
• Outer tent made of embossed ripstop polyester with a robust and reliable 3000 mm water column rating.
• PU-coated and with completely sealed seams for maximum protection.
• Lightweight yet sturdy Y-shaped aluminum pegs provide secure anchoring.
• Tent groundsheet available separately. (not included in the scope of delivery) for added protection.
